Billing is based on an hourly rate of $250 per hour.  We are frequently willing to work out a flat-fee arrangement at the outset of representation.  We are also willing to consider contingency fee agreements in various circumstances.  Clients will be required to advance expenses (application fees, filing fees, etc.) in nearly all circumstances.  All initial consultations are free of charge.
